Stuart is a Partner and Pension Actuary at Quantum Advisory, an independent financial services consultancy with its headquarters in Cardiff that provides solution based pension and employee benefit services to employers, scheme trustees and members.

He has over 20 years’ experience of dealing with both Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution pension arrangements and works with a number of national and South Wales based blue-chip employers. As well as advising companies on their pension issues, Stuart is responsible for Quantum’s continued growth in Wales and the South West.

Stuart regularly talks at seminars on topical pension issues and can often be seen in the local and national pension press.

Stuart was born and educated in Cardiff, has a BSc Honours in Mathematical Sciences and is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
