Kate is Head of Delivery for Wales at BJSS, the UK’s leading privately-owned IT and Business Consultancy. As the winner of a Queen’s Award for Enterprise, BJSS works with the world’s largest organisations, delivering the IT solutions that millions of people use every day. 

Kate has over 15 years’ experience as a Management Consultant working both in the UK and extensively abroad including Europe, U.S./Canada and India. Kate began her career in London with Consultancy firm Accenture working with many of the world’s leading brands across multiple industries and geographies. She then furthered her career at RBS and boutique firm Olivo, before she returned to Wales in 2014 and worked for Friends Life/Aviva.

Kate was born and grew up in Gower. She has a BSc Honours in International Business from Warwick Business School, during which time she received a scholarship to study at Mannheim Business School in Germany.
