What time do events start?
Drinks reception before the lecture – 6pm
Lecture start – 6.45pm
Dinner start – 7.45pm
Finish – 9.30pm approx.

What is the order of proceedings?

What is the dress code?
Business Casual, ties are optional.

If I’m not a member can I still come to an event?
If you are not a member you can either attend the lectures free of charge or book on the non-member rate to join us for the full event and meal.

Can I bring a guest/guests?
Yes, you can bring guests if you are a member of the Club.

When does the season start and finish?
The season starts in September and runs until July.

What is the difference between Personal membership and Vice Presidents membership?
Personal membership is open to anyone who wishes to become a member of the Club.
Vice Presidents memberships is an invitation only position.

How long does membership to the Club last?
The membership lasts for a year, regardless of where we are in the season. For example, if you were to join on March 11th 2021, your membership would run out on March 11th 2022.

How will I know my membership has lapsed?
You will receive an automated reminder to renew email a month before your membership is due to lapse and again, the day it lapses.

My company would like to sponsor an event. Who do I get in contact with?
